Little Rissa is 3!

Just when I started getting over how fast Sar Bear is growing up, little Rissa had to go and have her 3rd birthday on the 20th.  That one almost puts me over the edge.  Where is my baby? She's three years old! Rissa is funny, cute, cuddly, feisty with her big brothers, and I can't imagine this family without our cute little blondie.
