Happy Birthday Steven!

This is Steven at 2 months old. He is the cutest baby ever. No wonder he gave me such adorable children!

Here is his family, minus his dad, who's taking the picture. He is the youngest, by 9 years.

I love this picture, because of the expression on Linda's face. You can see the adoration. Steven's life would not have been nearly as good without his big sis, Linda. Thank you, Steven's mom and Linda for loving my man.

Thanks Ed, for teaching Steven to be so skilled and talented with his hands. And for teaching him the value of hard work. And for just being an all-around great brother to Steven. Thanks Frank, for teaching Steven how to work on cars, saving us tons of money!

I wish I could've known Beverly, Steven's mom. I would give her a big hug and kiss, and thank her for raising such a wonderful boy. And the next time I see Linda, I will give her a big hug and kiss, and thank her for finishing raising such a funny, talented and awesome husband and father.

We had such a fun party for Steven for his fourty-something birthday. We had a cook out in the backyard, with a roaring campfire, foil dinners, which are the kids' new favorite thing for dinner, and chocolate and banana cream birthday pies. The next night, Steven and I went out and celebrated, just the two of us. Dinner at a cozy diner in Old Towne Temecula, and then Star Trek the movie! Nice!

Steven is loved, adored, admired, and respected by all five kids and me. He's a fantastic husband, father, and life wouldn't be nearly as fun and entertaining without him!
